Energetically animals are in direct alignment with their energy essence, they do not think on the past, there is no thought to the future, they are firmly living and experiencing in every second.
Now I know you will say, ‘ahh but there are animals who are living through cruelty’ remember that this comes from the human being and their place of lack and low self worth, as unfortunate as these circumstances are, the energy within the animal is doing what it is here to do - experience.
However, animals do not have the physical capacity to consciously create their reality as human beings do, so fundamentally it is our responsibility to treat animals with the love and respect they show us.

When animals are in their natural environment, they are showing you exactly how you move into high frequency, where you are in the experience of creating instead of reacting. They are naturally ‘letting go’ and allowing.

You, just like the animals are an energy being, living a unique life experience through your physical body. This is exactly what we as human being have forgotten, through centuries of social and generational conditioning. Your life has taken on the role of reaction instead of creation. So here are some tips to be more like the animals and move back into beautiful alignment:

Believe it is possible – Everything is energy and your cells take their signal from your beliefs, which are transmitted through the body via the nervous system (your electrical system), this activates the frequency you resonate out.

Energy works to attract back to you the same frequency and in having to work through the physical medium it cannot just create your physical desires instantaneously, as there are universal laws to follow in the physical realm. So it does this by creating experiences and opportunities from the same frequency.
These will be that ‘chance’ meeting with someone who happens to know the right people for you to collaborate with to move your business to the next level. It will be the ‘weird’ synchronicity of driving a different route and spotting your ideal house up for sale. The search you didn’t do on Google yet you are looking at information about an event that holds everything you had been looking to learn.

I call these conscious coincidences, as there are no coincidences. Everything is a synchronisation matching the frequency you resonate out. It is an effortless process for energy and one that happens constantly. This is where your belief in being a powerful conscious creator comes in and YOU are a powerful creator! Building belief begins with believing in YOU, your incalculable value and worth as a unique expression of energy; belief in truly loving who you are. This then begins raising your energetic frequency and building that rock solid confidence in the power of your energetic being.

Trust in the process – Where you get in the way of the process, is when you introduce resistance and that is when you go into the how. It’s the ‘Where will I get the money to cover the bills at the end of the month?’ the ‘How do I find more clients’ or ‘How can I make more money?’ Sound familiar? Each of these questions is a statement of lack, it is re affirming you do not already have the abundance of wealth, which may sound obvious, however energetically these beliefs keeping you resonating in low frequency.
Trust in the process, is all about the absolute belief in your abundance, that all forms of wealth are already flowing to you be it financial, spiritual or emotional. Fundamentally this comes from honouring your self worth and more importantly learning to love yourself, as you will not step into the frequency of abundance until these become your solid foundation.

Allow – Take for instance, you were the head of a company and owned your own building, then hired a manager to oversee everything so you could get on with running the business. Now you decide that it would make a better impression on clients to redecorate the meeting rooms, so you tell the manager to sort out the arrangements. Then you get on the phone and start speaking to decorators yourself and asking them to come down and quote! You would be interfering in the process of the manager’s role and this is what happens when you go into the how around your desires being created and do not allow energy to do its thing. You bring in resistance to energy doing its job, you also move yourself into a frequency that will not align with the frequency of your desires.
Leave the ‘how’ and get out in nature! -You will never be surrounded by higher frequency, then when you are in nature. So allow yourself time to go for a walk in your local park, woods, forest or even along the beach. Really zone in on what you are witnessing, take time to really ‘see’ the beautiful and majesty of nature. Nature is always in abundance and will naturally raise your frequency.

Find your points of appreciation – By daily finding aspects to appreciate, you will allow your frequency to raise. Thus can be something as small as appreciation the comfortable bed you sleep in to a breath taking sunset.

There is only ‘now’ and when you shift your attention and belief to creating your reality from this point, it allows you to let go of the ‘how’. How everything happens, changes, transmutes, is not your job, it is energy’s role; your role is to put the processes in place to move up to and maintain high frequency where abundance naturally flows, so you see animals have it right!
