It truly staggers me continually to see so many people living out their lives in perpetual fear and insecurity. Don’t get me wrong, I was one of these people as little as 4 years ago! I remember the debilitating lack of confidence fear produced in me, the feeling of constant hopelessness, feeling like a caged animal and too scared to do anything about it.
It was eating me alive and through my experiences, I sought knowledge, I desired to find out how to get away from living like this. My logical brain at the time (have moved pretty much right brain thinking now!) took in that there were people living happy, content, successful lives. It acknowledge the fact it could be done, if someone else could do this, why not me?
This can be the first stumbling block, where instead of ‘why not me?’, you can be saying ‘oh they’re the lucky ones, good things don’t happen to me’. This is the point at whether you will accept to change or accept to remain a victim.
Let me explain this energetically. Your cells take their signal from your beliefs, this is transmitted through your body, triggering the thought process and creating new neural networks. This then determines the frequency you resonate out and energy will always attract back the same frequency in experiences and opportunities. So when you believe ‘Good things don’t happen to me’, you are moving yourself into low frequency, as all low self worth or lack of self esteem comes from low frequency. What then happens is energy attracts to you experiences from the same frequency, these experiences will always come from lack (low frequency). What you are actually doing is creating and perpetuating the reality of lack in your life. It takes a change in belief to create a change in your reality.
How do I move away from fear?
Debilitating fear can seem insurmountable when you are immersed in it. In believing in fear you are creating and living through a perpetuating cycle with no end. Only when you decide it has to stop will you allow yourself to let hope in.
Energetically, your emotions are directly correlated to frequency ranges. Frustration, jealousy, anger, irritation and fear are all in the low frequency ranges Whereas creativity, expectation, happiness, joy and confidence are all in the high frequency ranges. Anyone who has been through depression will know that trying to find the belief to be happy or creative is as likely as pigs flying!
Moving away from fear takes small steps, takes opening your awareness and letting go of false perceptions and beliefs. This is a process of beginning to become aware of your inner self, of going within and the most effective way to begin this is with meditation.
When you understand and learn how to ground your energy, recognise the different energy fields that work with your Chakras, begin to have a sense of how these feel, you are then joining in energy’s conversation.
It is beginning the process of listening to your intuition , this is how energy communicates with you. From here you will understand when situations and experiences are in alignment with you or not.
Since it is our beliefs that are the signal to our cells, the fundamental work in eradicating fear, is to work on your beliefs and this starts with the beliefs you hold about yourself. So here is some pointers to beginning to step away from fear and change your beliefs.
Define who you are – You are not someone’s father, sister, partner, you are YOU and defining who you are means spending time bringing you back. It is following this statement –
Imagination holds your vision – Your vision holds your values – Your values holds your passion – Your passion holds the power of your belief.
Taking time to acknowledge what your values are, not what others tell you to have, instead what are those values you will live by and not compromise.
Once you establish your core values, then you will also know your vision as your dreams or desires will always be born from your values.
When you begin to create your vision and focus on this, you are naturally raising your frequency as vision on your desires will always evoke passion and as we know – Energy does not hear words – Energy feels frequency.
The fundamental requirement is self love and by taking the time to meditate allows you to begin communicating with the energy that is your essence. As you re connect and re align to this energy, natural abundance happens through raising your frequency. When you honour your worth, this is accepting to receive energetically and combined with finding the love for you, within you, it is impossible to stay in low frequency. At this point there is no longer the conditions for fear to exist, as you believe in your abundance, energy attracts to you the same frequency in experiences and opportunities and so the change in your reality begins.
