Experience the Journey

Let me share with you a journey I had recently…
I went to a 4 day event a year ago in London, England. These were long 11hr days, where I left home in the crisp air of day break at 6.30am and only returned after darkness had fallen around 8pm!
On the last day, I left home the same time and went for the bus to take me to the station. It seemed to take forever and I wondered if I had missed it. Suddenly a car came by and stopped, the driver told me there had been a fire further down the road and the Police had stopped all traffic. Great!
Now I live in a village, which has 1 bus…that one! So undeterred I started to walk the 3 miles to the nearest train station. When I arrived at the station, what did I find? The station was closed for engineering works!
Ok, this is testing!
I walked another mile to get to a main road and bus routes. It had taken me 2 hours to walk 4 miles.
The reason I desired to share this with you…was what I learnt from it.
Firstly, the experience was engineered by 1 of 2 things:
Firstly I had been resonating low frequency
Secondly the hysteria factor – this is where a lot of people hold a belief process in their minds, (like in times of recession) this is down to mass conscious conditioning on a scare factor…Energy will always attract back the same frequency in experiences. This could have been, locals worrying their hall would be set alight by teenagers…
So, one way or another, these events had manifested. I had 2 choices:
1. To give up and go home
2. To find my points of appreciation and raise my frequency
You might wonder how I would find the points of appreciation in this situation?
Well, let me tell you how:
I took the walk to the train station as an opportunity to really appreciate everything around me. Spring is in the air, the blue sky, trees just in bud…some with petals bursting forth.
I appreciated the beautiful warm spring air; I saw ducks on a pond…families, mother and father sitting together waiting for their eggs to hatch. Beautiful!
Once at the station and finding it closed, I decided to carry on my appreciation as I walked the final mile.
Now, this walk took me down a road and past a house I used to live in…
The time in that house was one of the most challenging times in my life and this was the first time I had past this house in 13 years. Strange synchronisity?
I acknowledged my morning journey and that it had brought me down this road…I then appreciated my life journey.
From such a dark and challenging time that led to the wonderfully unfolding, constantly evolving life today. It really made me think, made me appreciate, made me grateful for all the desires I was now attracting.
Why did these events happen?
Why did I have these experiences?
I always believe we have conscious coincidences and it is our job to synchronise with these coincidences.
I could have seen this journey as a disaster and then believed nothing would go right and so, lowered my frequency and attracted more low frequency experiences to me.
Instead I chose to find appreciation, the belief of experiencing the best out of this situation. Then by raising my frequency I attract to me experiences from the same frequency, acknowledge them, use and learn from them.
What happened on your last journey…?
