In stepping up to train, develop or discover your successful career, there are a few strategies I would like to share with you in the attraction process.

Be aware that any manifestation (for something to physically happen) must start with belief. As creation happens as a result of the signal your cells take from your beliefs, this is transmitted through your physical body and determines the frequency you resonate out.

From this, energy then attracts to you the same frequency in experiences and opportunities.

Armed with this knowledge, use the following strategies to make a massive change in attracting your perfect career.

Actions - allow you to focus on your desired outcome, being aware of the ‘conscious coincidences’ energy puts before you as it attracts the same frequency to match yours.

When you do not take action on opportunities or experiences presented to you, you delay your desires becoming physical and you will then spend valuable time focusing on why your desires take so long to come to you, often going into the ‘how’ which sets up a natural resistance, as the ‘how’ is energy’s job not yours!

Focused actions and those taken to follow the conscious coincidences that are provided by energy brings synchronicity, alignment and manifestation. In the visualization of your desired career success, it is imperative to be prepared to take action and have an open mind.

Use inspiration – from successful people you admire or follow, look at their biographies, see where they came from.

What challenges did they overcome?

What belief process did they follow to create success?

Who did they listen to if anyone, when did the fire of their creative passion really burst forth?

Start mixing - with like minded people or those already working in the career field you wish to be successful in.

The more exposure that you have around these people will produce similar frequency alignment and will allow your belief process to accept this as the norm and energy will start attracting the same to you.

Definiteness of purpose – is that fabulous phrase used by Napoleon Hill. This refers to knowing what you desire to achieve and keeping your focus firmly on the vision and not allowing anything to influence your decision in obtaining success. Having complete belief in your ability to succeed, no matter how many challenges come into your experience.

Challenges are merely showing you contrast, that you are not currently aligned to your vision and passions.

Definiteness of purpose, is not giving up, is being resilient, being the peaceful warrior and stepping up again and again.

It is the absolute knowledge that your belief process is so resolute in the creation of your success, you cannot fail.

Energy then puts all components in place for your career alignment.

Your task is to watch for coincidences that are presented to you and to start synchronizing with them.

To enjoy each and every experience you have in your current career and personal life.

Being grateful for your desires as if they are already here.

Finding the best feelings while being aware you are creating the change you wish to see…creating your reality.
