You have been told countless times that stress is not good for you and the latest statistics from the UK’s Health and Safety Executive showed that 1.5% of those who worked in the last year suffered stress caused or made worse by their current or past work. That is 435,000 people!
In America the NIOSH report states:
- 40% of workers reported their job was very or extremely stressful
- 25% view their jobs as the number one stressor in their lives
- Three fourths of employees believe that workers have more on-the-job stress than a generation ago
- 29% of workers felt quite a bit or extremely stressed at work
- 26 percent of workers said they were “often or very often burned out or stressed by their work”
- Job stress is more strongly associated with health complaints than financial or family problems.
Yet there is a solution to stopping stress. It comes with knowledge of understanding the body frequencies and how ‘conditioning’ plays a huge role in making people believe they are in stress. I was staggered to see there are actually ‘Depression tests’! People can look up to see if they have the symptoms which lead to depression, talk about control and conditioning!
So let me take you back to the basics. First and foremost we are not just flesh and bone bodies, we are energy. Your physical body works and functions through energy and energy is have a life experience through your body.
Your cells take their signal from your beliefs, not from your environment as was previously given out; this signal is transmitted throughout the body via the nervous system (your electrical system) and then determines the frequency you resonate out. You see everything works through vibrational frequency, you are giving out frequency continuously and there are Universal laws that come into play which attracts back to you the same frequency in experiences and opportunities.
How does knowing my frequency stop stress?
Well, high frequency is when the body the body is in pure and natural health, it is where experiences and opportunities come to you that match your desires effortlessly. Where you maintain happiness and love the life you live. This happens when you are resonating from 76Hz and upwards.
Low frequency is where the immune system becomes compromised; colds, flu and other illness begin. Experiences and opportunities are matching the low self esteem, lack of confidence and low self worth you resonate from these frequencies, causing disempowering situations and controlling relationships. This happens when you are resonating 56Hz and below, if your frequency move so low as to get to 42Hz then cancer is activated.
By understanding where your frequency is by how you feel, you can see that any form of stress means your frequency is low, once you work to bring your frequency back up, energy transmutes to bring you high frequency experiences which will never cause you stress, as high frequency is where abundance lies. Maintaining high frequency means you will always live the life you love and love the life you live.
