In physics, action = a change in a system and this applies to the human body also. For the conditions of your life to change, you must apply action to make it happen.

Living through control of any form puts you not only in fear; it also causes your frequency to lower. You have a natural ‘emotional scale’ and where you are also determines your energetic frequency, so if you are in the lower end of the scale, this will show as depression, anxiety, paranoia, jealousy, resentment, fear and so on. What also happens is your cellular frequency lowers, which causes the immune system to be compromised and so illness begins.
At the high end of the scale is expectation, creativity, happiness, exhilaration, confidence and unconditional love. Here is where your cellular frequency moves higher, where your physical body stays in pure, natural good health. It is also where abundance is unleashed, as energy will always attract to you what you are resonating out.

You are not here to resonate in low frequency, as pure energy always resonates from the highest frequencies. Conditioning and control are what bring about low frequency, as when you are living in fear; you are much easier to control. This has been the standard way of governments keeping the ‘masses’ in control for centuries.

As more and more scientists verify, that energy is the driving force of all your existence and creativity, it also shows you that you are a powerful creator and when you take control of your reality, when you step away from the conditioning, you alone have the ability to to create all you desire being attracted into your reality.
