When you find what you are doing is causing anxiety or stress in some form, this means you are living in resistance and no matter how ‘hard’ you work abundance will not flow to you.
Living in resistance means you are trying to do stuff that doesn’t match your natural energy frequency, you are finding yourself ‘pushing’ to do certain things that do not really make you happy, you feel you just have to do them.
Some of it will take a period of reflection for you. To allow yourself to step back and look at what you are doing or trying to achieve and decide if it really makes you happy to continue doing it.
Often signs such as shallow breathing or even holding your breath can indicate resistance and you may not even realise you are there. It is not so much that shallow breathing will put you in fear mode; your beliefs will already be in low frequency for you to ‘feel’ the need to breathe shallow. With deep breathing allows oxygen to reach far more cells then normal breathing. It helps to make the cells vibrate faster, so allowing better movement of the body functions.
When you are ‘in the flow’ you love what you do, experiences come to you that match your frequency, so if the focus is on the desires you will attract the opportunities to match those desires. If the experiences come to you that make you stressed or anxious, it is because you are focused on the lack and are resonating the same.
This is where being the warrior comes in, many people will begin to look at what their experiences are and decide to let go of certain things; might be projects, people, groups, business opportunities that do not support their ‘joy’ . I know I changed a complete career as it was making me totally miserable.
Once you begin to understand your ‘energetic’ communication i.e. recognising how you are feeling in any moment or situation, you can begin to adjust and control experiences coming into your life so they support your focus on being happy. You will find that by taking a few minutes when you realise you are not breathing right, to assess what you are doing and why is it giving you that reaction, will naturally bring your breathing back to normal and will provide answers from energy in what feeling come through.
Even though you may not be feeling miserable, you are coming from lack as your belief is ‘I don’t have enough money/clients/ love’, when you should only be focusing on ‘I have money flowing easily and effortlessly/am booked up 6 months in advance with clients/am now in a loving, supportive relationship’ and be saying a gratitude statement around the same.
In the moments you find yourself not breathing properly, if you give yourself a few moments to recognise this and then ask yourself , ‘what is it I’m doing that has made me shallow breathe?’. You will usually find that something or someone has caused you anxiety from their own place of lack.
Energy transmutes to bring the opportunities to match your frequency, all you need to do is be resonating out the right frequency in the first place. So when you focus on already having lots of high paying clients, that your diary is booked up in advance, that you are already with a romantic partner or that you have a steady stream of high income flowing, energy has to bring you the same frequency in return.
