I’m sure like me, you find people telling you what to do frustrating and stressful? I don’t have this problem now, haven’t done so in years and it is so freeing to take control of your life and create all the conditions.
I had lived a lifetime in control, from childhood being moved around like a pawn by a very insecure, fearful mother, to relationships and marriage based on fear and being told what to think, wear and do. Even when I became a single parent with four children, going back into a career attracted controlling bosses, that was until I woke up!
The crazy thing was, I understood energy! Yet I was no applying what I knew because I had an ingrained lack of self worth and confidence…I didn’t believe in myself. As a child of 4 or 5 I would regularly Astral Travel, would affect electrical installations and equipment, was aware of changes in energy around me, yet without ME believing in my ability to use my energetic communication I saw these events as scary, thinking I might actually be possessed!
The more experiences I had as a single parent, forging a career in corporate finance and all the varied opportunities that presented to me, I began to understand that not only what I was focusing upon was turning up in my experiences, it was also because my beliefs had changed and I had begun to believe in me.
Your life experiences are completely directed by you, even when you have people telling you what to do, this is because your beliefs are still working on a lack of self worth, low self esteem and confidence, so you are attracting the same frequencies back bringing experiences to keep you in low self worth.
Now you understand how this works, it is all about consciously creating your new reality and this must start with believing in your ability to accomplish anything you desire, because you can once you understand how to communicate with energy, using energy’s language.
