Many people in their day to day lives would not consider they live in fear, yet any form of stress, frustration or anger is evidence of a lack of self belief or confidence which is fear of trusting in your abilities or creativity.
This is often the case when you live from the expectations of others, worrying about what other people think of you, whether you will ‘fit’ in or be accepted. It is here where you are energetically out of alignment.
All while you live for the expectations of others, you are aligning to their energy frequency, following their life experiences instead of your own. You are here to live your life experience, no one else’s, in fact by living other people’s experiences, you are not only causing resistance to the alignment of your energy, you are causing your physical body to lower it’s frequency at cellular level.

Why? Anytime you feel situations or experiences are ‘expected’ of you, then those you feel beholden to are coming from control, control comes from lack and low vibrational resonance. Each time you ‘allow’ others to make you react to their expectations; you move into their frequency and so attract more of the same frequency to you.

You are here to be magnificent! This only happens when you define who you are, in your own right, in your true uniqueness. When you focus on your desires, the creation of the expression of your passion in your life to live the life you love; then you begin to fully align with your energy essence, you resonate from higher and higher frequency and so attract the same frequency back to you.

The eloquence of energy means that anyone who is on a lower vibrational frequency to you will be moved out of your experience, it is how the Universal laws work. So by focusing on your abundance, your joy, your happiness, you are creating all the conditions to support your new beliefs in your amazing abilities and allow you to see the evidence in new aligned opportunities coming to you. This then builds confidence in the powerful creator you have become and from confidence comes fearlessness!
