Try thinking on a memory where you were caught up laughing so much it started others laughing too…without laughing or smiling again!
When we bring our emotions into the thinking process we engage our energy by raising our energy vibration and the more we find to think about that brings us happiness and joy, the higher our vibration resonates.
As we move into the higher vibrations we also let go of any resistance which lies in low vibration, so you see how important it is to find positive thoughts to allow us to attract more of the same and for our desires to come to us easily.
