Have you ever watched a baby playing? Watched a cat or dog do its thing? They love life! It’s a natural state of being.

So often our cultures dictate that we sit quietly and keep our emotions in check, ok, it would go to the extreme if everyone went around jumping and woohooing, not to mention noisy!

It is a scientific fact that when a body is in activity, it will retain more information – information without emotion is not retained.

So, the first key is emotion – whatever you set yourself, your dream, your goal; is dependent on emotion. I mean, look at it logically, when you want to attract wealth, it is not holding the notes that does it? It’s the feeling of freedom it brings, the feeling of happiness. Take wanting love in your life; it’s the feeling of being in love, the excitement, the passion.

Emotion = Energy in Motion.

In order to draw to you that goal, first you need to change the way you think, break the patterns that have kept you getting the same old things day after day, year after year.

Then take immediate, powerful, action, activating your body and emotion, which makes a clear, positive shift in your state.

What is it that makes you do something beyond yourself? To make a contribution to yourself and to others? You have the ability to make a decision.

Many people will choose to tell the story of ’haven’t’, ‘I haven’t enough money’, ‘I haven’t the experience’, and ‘we don’t have the resources’. This is where they allow external influences to dictate the direction of their path and this will heavily influence their physical and emotional state. Our pattern for doing things in a certain way is affected by the invisible forces of our state in the short term and in the long term, these forces along with our world view create what we are willing to achieve.

In stopping the influence and creating a new path to follow, each individual needs to have certainty. When have you ever made a powerful decision by saying to yourself ‘I think this is the right thing to do’, no – resolve is born from certainty!

In contrast , we would be bored out of our skulls if we were always certain, so uncertainty creates variety , what it also does is allow us to see the ‘contrast’ .

If you want your story to change, to get ‘haven’t’ out of your vocabulary and out of your thinking; you need to be aware of the contrast that is thrown up by your day to day encounters, your emotions and your physical state. By then making the DECISION to no longer allow your thoughts to focus on the ‘lack’ you perceive happening around you but instead to decide every encounter is an ‘opportunity’, from this vantage point you allow your state to shift, you allow ‘possibility’ and ‘imagination’.

Albert Einstein said “Imagination is greater than knowledge”, people can have all the knowledge in the world but if no action is taken, if the opportunity is never allowed to grow the seeds of possibility, knowledge is inert and a waste of time.
